He is known as innovative Team Leader and Team Player with special strengths in Problem Solving and Analysis. Held various engineering positions related to telecommunications, IT, power metering, and test automation technologies. Published various white papers and was granted two patents.

Graduated from CNAM in Paris with equivalent BS Physics and Math. Have worked in various companies in the US since 1971, including Philips, General Electric and IBM.

Currently working for a small IT Consulting firm - Pilot Research Associates, Inc - located in Fairfax, VA as VP/CIO and also working on projects related to Telecommunications Network (backbone) Architecture and their supports (i.e Network Operation Centers (NOC).
